Training
Relax Kids reserves the right to cancel training without notice. In the unlikely situation that this may occur you will receive a full refund or be transferred to another training date. For this reason we highly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance (if necessary) to protect your trip investment in the event of date changes, illness, emergency, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Relax Kids cannot accept any liability for loss or damage of property, obligation derived from travel arrangements or disruption of the training due to circumstances beyond the control of Relax Kids.
Products
All Relax Kids products, including books, CDs, MP3s and print outs are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced, duplicated or copied in anyway.
Delivery
UK deliveries should be received within 5 working days on receipt of your order. If your goods haven’t arrived within 2 weeks, please contact us immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered goods after this time limit.
Deliveries overseas will vary; standard delivery can take up to 4 weeks on receipt of your order.
If you would like parcels delivered quicker please contact us for details of this service. Postage charges will reflect this.
Postage will vary depending on the size of your order and what country it is being sent to. This will be added at checkout.
Returns
Before returning items please contact us on help@relaxkids.com to let us know what and why you want an exchange or return. If you are exchanging an item of clothing please send it to Relax Kids Ltd, Merchant House, 5 East St Helen Street, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 5EG, England.
In order to receive a refund, an item needs to be returned in perfect condition. We are unable to refund items if they are damaged or if the protective film is broken.
If you would like a refund on an item please return it to Relax Kids Ltd, Merchant House, 5 East St Helen Street, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 5EG, England.
We offer a full refund guarantee on faulty items. Products must be returned in the original condition and not worn. Your refund will be made within 14 days of the returned item. We recommend you obtain proof of postage for returns.
Refunds will be made the same way you purchased an item e.g. if you paid by a card you will be refunded to that card.
